At Blackridge Finance Pty Ltd ("Blackridge Finance", "we", "us", "our"), we're committed to providing a high standard of service. If something hasn't met your expectations, we want to hear about it — feedback and complaints help us improve, and every complaint is taken seriously.

1. How to Lodge a Complaint

You can raise a complaint or provide feedback in any of the following ways:

2. Our Complaints Process

When you lodge a complaint, we will:

  • Acknowledge your complaint promptly, generally within 1 business day
  • Investigate the matter fairly and thoroughly
  • Keep you informed of our progress
  • Provide a written response with our decision and reasons, generally within 30 calendar days

If we need more time to resolve your complaint, we will let you know why and give you an updated timeframe.

3. If You're Not Satisfied — External Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our response, or if we haven't resolved your complaint within 30 days, you have the right to refer the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), an independent external dispute resolution scheme. AFCA provides a free service to consumers.
